About

I am a 6th generation bee keeper. I run about 500 colonies of honey bees from Deming, New Mexico to the San Luis Valley in Southern Colorado. My goal as the company name implies is simplicity. I don’t heat the honey beyond warming it, nor do I micro-filter the honey. Essentially the honey goes straight from the hive to the jar. I further simplify things by only packing one size of jar, a pint. My prices are fair and if people need more thank a pint they can buy two jars, and if a pint is too much well honey never spoils. I am a migratory bee keeper, that is I take the bees a far south as Deming New Mexico during cold months. Then in the spring I bring them back up to Taos and on into the San Luis Valley. During their travels they make several different types of honey. As a small operator I am able to keep this different honey seperate and jar it for all to enjoy. Along with honey, I also have various other bee products including: pollen, beeswax and honey comb.
